Our Fitness Kickboxing class is part of our Fit Like a Fighter Package. We use kickboxing techniques and combinations to create an intense fat burning workout. In this class, we incorporate shadow boxing, bodyweight exercises and heavy bag (type of punching bag) training.
Even though this is a fitness based class and does not emphasize technique, technique is still important. You will be taught some of the basic punches (jab, cross, hook, uppercut) and kicks (roundhouse, side and thrust kick) and they will be used to get a great workout. If you would like to develop your kickboxing technique, we suggest taking our kickboxing class that is part of our Iron Lotus Warrior Package.
We also recommend subscribing to our heart rate monitoring program. You will be able to track your calories burned and also if you are over or under training.
