If you are using a smartphone, tablet, or any other device in our studio it is your responsibility to keep it secure.
Members may use their mobile devices in the studio to photograph or take video of themselves for personal use only. If you choose to share on social media, we ask that you tag us @ironlotusacademy.
No photographs or video taken within Iron Lotus Academy may be used for commercial purposes whatsoever.
Please be respectful of other people when using personal technology in the studio. You must get prior permission from all the people who will appear in any of your photographs or video footage, including instructors.
Please be are aware that filming and photography takes place in our studio for use by Iron Lotus Academy for social media and website content. If you do not wish your image to be used in any filming or photography by Iron Lotus Academy, please inform Sifu Matthew or Simo Tammy.
Personal technology etiquette
Please silence cell phones during class. If you need to take a call, please step outside.
If you are observing a class and using your cell phone, we ask that media be silenced, or ask that you use headphones/earbuds.
