Awesome … better than a traditional gym .. instructors are excellent … I was set on doing one month to jump start my fitness program , but now I am hooked .

Great teaching. Great people. They are serious and nice. They do more than just martial arts. They help me with my kids overall development. I highly recommend them. My kids are flourishing. Must try kids and adults.

My son attended AISK so the Iron Lotus morning class was perfect for me as its right around the corner. I love the class, the instructors and my exercise friends. My son graduated 2 years ago but I still come to the classes!
