In a workshop/class setting, you will learn to prepare the body for meditation, use breath work to release excess energy, proper meditation posture and meditation techniques.
Creating a practice to connect to the silent part of ourselves has been known to have profound benefits to the human being as a whole, such as relieving stress, balancing energy in the body, increasing focus and cultivating an inner peace that allows us to be less reactive in stressful situations.
This class can also be booked by appointment as a private, semi-private, or small group session.
